From start to finish, customer service here was amazing! They have everything you could possibly think of to custom make. I will definitely order more work shirts/gear for my workers from here.
The professionalism. The knowledge of how to translate my idea into what they could print on the T shirt. To have my shirts printed in 2 days, but called to inform me they were completed the next day.

Great communication and good quality printing. I also like that you offer 100% cotton t-shirts. And that you're local!!!
The only thing I would improve is that the "ladies" shirt is dimensionally the same as the unisex shirts. Typically ladies' shirts are fitted with an hourglass shape.
Customer service was top notch. Very easy to talk to about changes...especially with me being such a needy customer lol. Custom product was executed with excellence.

There is much to be said about Big Frog. They were very responsive and courteous. I was on a time crunch, and they helped us tremendously. The two stoles that we had made there were great. They have a wonderful team at the Selden, NY location. I'd use them again for business and personal use.
Every time I walk in there, there is always someone willing to help me. Bring my shirt ideas to reality.

Big Frog’s custom t-shirts are amazing! The best quality shirts and the colors on the designs pop! They are the best t-shirt company ever and I would never use anyone else! Such fast turn around time too!
Michael was excellent. He designed a great shirt. His communication from the day of the order to pickup was professionalism. It was refreshing to work with someone who cared about the customer rather than reaching for their cellphone every five minutes. I would recommend Big Frog to friends for many reasons. I like your products because you offer a variety of options and quality materials. Your DTF & DTG services are excellent! The quality is just as equal to any leading clothing & designer brands. I also like the fact I can come into the store and have a real talk and consultation with the staff to express my ideas on what I would like to have created. The staff is very inviting and informative and they have become acustom to my style and taste in how I Iike to have things done. Each time I visit it is a learning experience and I am always thrilled with the finished product. I will continue to be a customer and supporter of Big Frog!

Everyone at Big Frog is extremely helpful with a great attention to detail. They always make me exactly what I'm looking for and it is great quality. The turnaround is very fast too.
I have used Big Frog twice now and both times they were wonderful. The customer service and help with design details was top notch. Also the first shirt I had made I have washed a million times and it has barely faded after more than 2 years of washing it! Very impressed and happy with their company and service!
