DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING

Uses an all-digital process to inkjet print onto a garment or merchandise.

Benefits:

• Printing can be done fast—usually in 24 hours
• Images can be high resolution and full color
• Water-based ink is Eco-friendly
• Printing feels soft to the touch

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING WITH WHITE

Prints a white layer as a “primer” on darker garments, then adds colored inks on top of the primer.

Benefits:

• Images can be high resolution and full color
• Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
• Works best with 100% cotton products
• Provides excellent color saturation

SCREEN PRINTING

Uses a series of screens to force ink through fibers in order to create a design. Multiple layers of screen printing are used to achieve designs with numerous colors.

Benefits:

• Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
• Provides excellent color saturation
• Has a great arty, vintage look
• Compatible with most fabric materials

ULTRA PRINTS

Almost identical to screen printing with inks applied onto specialty paper. The inks are transferred from the paper to the garment using pressurized heat.

Benefits:

• Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
• Provides excellent color saturation
• Specialty paper can be used for another printing order of the same design at a later time

VINYL APPLICATION

Uses vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat.

Benefits:

• Exceptionally durable, often used for sport uniforms
• Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
• Provides excellent color saturation
• Can be used on cotton, cotton blends, and some synthetic materials

DYE SUBLIMATION

Used on 100% polyester garments using heat-sensitive ink applied under high temperatures.

Benefits:

• Images can be high resolution and full color
• Water-based ink is Eco-friendly
• Extremely durable decoration
• Printing feels soft to the touch
• Great for synthetic fabrics

EMBROIDERY

Uses decorative stitching to create a raised design with threads of different types and colors.

Benefits:

• Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
• Can be used on cotton, cotton blends, and synthetic materials
• Provides excellent color saturation
• A great choice for businesses or someone wanting a professional look

Your quoted price includes a t-shirt (or product) of your color, size, style, a design for the shirt with as many colors as you want in it, the printing of the shirt on one side and a sincere thank you. If you would like a second print on that same shirt, there is an additional charge. Please contact your local Big Frog store for any promotions, specials or to get a personalized quote. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

With our printing technologies you can order as few as ONE custom item and as many as 100,000.

Absolutely, we have volume discounts starting at just 10 items. You can even mix and match most items. It doesn’t have to be the same style or color!

If you choose a style, color and size that we have in stock, and a DTG or vinyl decoration, your shirts will go into our printing queue and you may have them in 24 hours. If we need to order your shirts or use a special decorating technique, then it may take 2 to 10 days to complete the order. Be sure to let us know your deadline so we can provide your order in a timely manner. If you have a rush order, please contact your local store for more information on a delivery schedule.

Absolutely, we keep customer files indefinitely. When you call to get your design reprinted, be sure to give us your full name and a brief description of your original graphic. This will allow us to find it and print it for you immediately.

Each locally owned store determines their policy on customer garments. If your local store will print on your garments, keep in mind that we typically print on cotton and cotton blends (with a blend of 50/50 mix being preferable). We also print on 100% polyester items however the wash fastness cannot be guaranteed. We recommend choosing from our catalog of 1,000s of garments instead so we can guarantee your print quality.

Big Frog prides itself on creating a t-shirt design that you will love. Our designers can take your photos, your logo, fonts and clip art and make a unique design just for you. Because our design services are free, we try to keep design times to 15 minutes. This allows us to keep pricing reasonable for our customers.

All artwork created by you for your order remains your property and will be maintained at our store for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. Any artwork that Big Frog generates on your behalf remains the property of Big Frog. Please, enquire regarding policies of transferring artwork ownership to yourself or company.

Accepted payment types depend on individual store owners. However, most Big Frog stores accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Some stores also accept Money Orders and personal checks. If your local store does accept personal checks and your check is returned, there is a $35 fee. If you prefer to use Paypal for your transactions, we will be happy to send you a Paypal invoice.

Start by contacting your local store for more information. Each independently owned and operated Big Frog has different policies and pricing for resellers. Applications and proof of a reseller’s certificate may be necessary.

Big Frog will not infringe on trademarked or copyrighted artwork. If you bring artwork or logos to us, you must warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction to support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless for all liability, damages and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. If your order has copyrighted materials, you must provide written authorization documentation.

You also warrant that the work does not contain anything that is libelous, scandalous or anything that threatens anyone’s right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. You will, at your sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend Big Frog in all legal actions on these grounds as long as Big Frog: a) promptly notifies you of a legal action; b) gives you reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. Big Frog reserves the right to use its discretion in refusing to print anything we deem illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.
