I went into Big Frog, about 20 minutes before close in time, looking for something very special for my daughter, and not realizing how detailed everything was going to be the shirt designer that was there didn’t rush me was very kind and very understanding at what I was trying to capture, I was so apologetic as I was there way after the store had closed, but he didn’t rush me. He took his time and at the end of my visit and looking at the product and what he and I created together he nailed it, and when my daughter opened up that gift she was in tears. So I thank you’re not only for your customer service, not only for your professionalism, but your compassion and your caring heart. You’ve gained a forever customer.

My first order with Teresa was for photo reproduction of tee shirts, which my grandkids really liked. My second order was for reproduction of my wife's watercolor paintings on sweat shirts for my immediate family, including spouses. My wife is a signature member of a number of watercolor societies and is very particular about any use of her work. I was reasonably sure she would not approve of my project, so secrecy was necessary as long as possible. Teresa understood and I worked with Teresa to get her perspective on the shirt color for each painting I chose. The sweat shirst came out beautifully and everyone, including my wife, was in awe of their gifts. Bottom line: Like their website says... BigFrog makes custom T-shirts and more fun and hassle-frees.
