Most recently, I needed patches embroidered for my wedding shirt. The original estimate from the franchise embroidery service was a three-week turnaround. However, with only one week left before they were due, I was told it would take another month to complete them. Needless to say, I was absolutely panicking because I thought my wedding shirt wasn't going to be ready in time. Paco stepped in without hesitation and went above and beyond. He personally tracked down the exact patch material needed to match my wedding shirt and the embroidery, then embroidered the patches himself to make sure everything was completed in time for my wedding.
