Direct-to-Garment-T-Shirt-Printing

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING

Uses an all-digital process to inkjet print onto a garment or merchandise.

Benefits:

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Water-based ink is eco-friendly
  • Printing feels soft to the touch

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING WITH WHITE

Prints a white layer as a “primer” on darker garments, then adds colored inks on top of the primer.

Benefits:

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
  • Works best with 100% cotton products
  • Provides excellent color saturation

Embroidery

EMBROIDERY

Uses decorative stitching to create a raised design with threads of different types and colors.

SCREEN PRINTING

Uses a series of screens to force ink through fibers in order to create a design. Multiple layers of screen printing are used to achieve designs with numerous colors.

  • Has a great artsy, vintage look

Ultra-Print

ULTRA PRINTS

Almost identical to screen printing with inks applied onto specialty paper. The inks are transferred from the paper to the garment using pressurized heat.

  • Specialty paper can be used for another printing order of the same design at a later time

VINYL APPLICATION

Uses vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More! Paco has always taken great care of me and consistently gets all of my patches completed in a timely manner. Most recently, I needed patches embroidered for my wedding shirt. The original estimate from the franchise embroidery service was a three-week turnaround. However, with only one week left before they were due, I was told it would take another month to complete them. Needless to say, I was absolutely panicking because I thought my wedding shirt wasn't going to be ready in time. Paco stepped in without hesitation and went above and beyond. He personally tracked down the exact patch material needed to match my wedding shirt and the embroidery, then embroidered the patches himself to make sure everything was completed in time for my wedding.
