I had a special request item for my son's wedding and Big Frog (shout out to Paco!) came up with a solution. We needed custom bibs, not a usual item they handled. Paco found a source for plain bibs, then tested various printing techniques to find the one that would be most economical with the best quality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More! Paco has always taken great care of me and consistently gets all of my patches completed in a timely manner. Most recently, I needed patches embroidered for my wedding shirt. The original estimate from the franchise embroidery service was a three-week turnaround. However, with only one week left before they were due, I was told it would take another month to complete them. Needless to say, I was absolutely panicking because I thought my wedding shirt wasn't going to be ready in time. Paco stepped in without hesitation and went above and beyond. He personally tracked down the exact patch material needed to match my wedding shirt and the embroidery, then embroidered the patches himself to make sure everything was completed in time for my wedding. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to his customers are second to none. It's rare to find someone who truly cares as much as Paco does. The team at Big Frog Rochester were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible with my order. I needed a handful of shirts ready within three days, and they completed the order earlier than expected. They were flexible when I called twice to change sizes in my order.
