I talked to Rayna at Big Frog to order t-shirts for my grandson's birthday. Of course it was last minute and the image I had made was from Chat GPT so I could not remove the background which is needed when you apply to the shirt. Long story short..Rayna removed the background for me and some other last minute issues. She stayed with it till the end and I got my t-shirts on time and they were awesome! She also was very sweet and upbeat the whole time which is hard when you have someone like me calling her every day for an update. I will definitely use Big Frog for other items I need printed...but you better keep Rayna around because I can't order without her:)

Great product! I ordered 10 dry fit wicking “jersey” type shirts for my intramural sports team for Randolph Air Force base and the big frog team were nothing but great. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was to walk into the store to get service, as the ladies advised that they have to accommodate ppl who are walk in guests. I stood by my phone ready to pay- hoping they would call and produce my order but NOPE. So since I needed these super quick I walked into the store. My shirts were ready in a week :) thank you guys!!!
