The Staff is so helpful. I am 83 years old and I do not have a clue on what to ask for when I go into the store. But they ask me what and they make it happen. The recent ET shirt that they puet a design on were beyond my expected plan. They are the best. So much fun to go ito that store.

Jenni and Heather were friendly, courteous and helpful with my order. Heather helped me at the computer putting together exactly what I wanted for my shirts. She answered my questions and made suggestions that helped me in my final decision. Heather patiently waited on me while I was trying to get shirt sizes via texts. And then I told her I needed my order pretty quick and thought that might be an issue but they came through, really helping me out! Outstanding customer service and product! Big Frog took the picture I emailed to them and put it on a t-shirt that I purchased from them. The t-shirt was not one of those cheap shirts, it is high grade, very soft, comfortable & fits good The picture looks great on the t-shirt. The colors are vibrant and the spacing is perfect. I would highly recommend Big Frog to anyone looking for a company that does a good job making prints on clothing.
