    The service was great and fast. Emma was so polite and kind. I stopped in here for the first time to have a shirt made for my boyfriend. The shirt had a lot of meaning behind it and it was important to me that it was made just the way I pictured it. Emma asked questions and listened to me to make sure the shirt turned out great (and it did).     Absolutely five stars with no hesitation. I’ve worked with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More in the past. One of my earlier orders had a hiccup, but they fixed it without any problem, and that really showed their integrity. This most recent order? Flawless. I was called promptly when it was ready, and everything turned out just the way I hoped: clean, professional, and high-quality. They offer much more than just t-shirts including sweatshirts, hats, mouse pads, mugs, tumblers, and other custom items. Definitely not a one-trick shop. Jason was the designer who helped me this time, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was right.     Fast and friendly! We did all our communication back and forth via email until I had to choose sizes. I went to the store to try them on to get a better feel for the sizing. I sized up in the women's cut cotton.

    I frequently purchase custom designed items from your business, atleast twice a year. I love the environment when I walk in. Everyone is so helpful. Emma Meyer recently helped me with my husband's flexfit hat for father's day and it turned out amazing. Every year we get our daughters cystic fibrosis team shirts made from the company and it's always a pleasure working with the designers in that process. I love this place. I will always be a returning customer. I love the choice of products that can be customized.

    I walked in to the Greensburg store at 9:05am in hopes I can have a shirt done made by Saturday. So I asked if it's possible to have it done by then she said absolutely. Introduced herself as emma. So we jumped into it. Got everything ready to go to be printed. She looked around Noone was in the store but 2 other workers so she said if you give me 10 minutes I will print it now for you. I was shocked definitely was not expecting it that fast. Emma was extremely nice, fast and knew what she was doing. And I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me today so that I had it for the event that it is needed for. Will recommend Emma 1000% and the store to all that need shirts made.

    The whole process at Big Frog is easy and efficient.The products are of very high quality. The people are knowledgeable and creative and they listen to the crazy bits of ideas that I come up with and they make it happen. I have friends that have collections of the coozies that Big Frog makes (and they have been doing them for me for the better part of a decade) which is really a testament to the longevity of their products as well as the brilliance of their production team. I am very fortunate to have found a reliable place where imagination and ability overlap so well.
