Debbie (from West Newton) has been with Big Frog for over 11 years! Debbie started as a part-time Graphic Designer and took ownership in 2017. The team of designers, Alice, Emma, and Shawn, are very involved in creating the incredible customer service experience that separates us from the big name and online apparel decorators. Handling orders from ONE item to THOUSANDS; Debbie and the team love helping to make your custom apparel project fun and easy!

    As a soccer coach, I have needed several different coaching polos designed over the years. This last time, I didn’t realize that I needed to get a new polo due to changing teams and my role went from Head Coach to Assistant Coach which also requires redesigning the logo that was embroidered on my polo until the last minute. Emma with Big Frog did an excellent job coming up with a new design for the logo. The adidas polo and embroidery typically takes 2 weeks. However, Emma made a special effort and had it done in less than a week so it was ready in time for the Plum Tournament. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Each time I’ve used Big Frog, Emma has been receptive to my vision and then provided great guidance on how to translate that into a physical shirt. The quality, customer service and timeliness of Big Frog has been impeccable!

    I frequently purchase custom designed items from your business, atleast twice a year. I love the environment when I walk in. Everyone is so helpful. Emma Meyer recently helped me with my husband's flexfit hat for father's day and it turned out amazing. Every year we get our daughters cystic fibrosis team shirts made from the company and it's always a pleasure working with the designers in that process. I love this place.     I walked in to the Greensburg store at 9:05am in hopes I can have a shirt done made by Saturday. So I asked if it's possible to have it done by then she said absolutely. Introduced herself as emma. So we jumped into it. Got everything ready to go to be printed. She looked around Noone was in the store but 2 other workers so she said if you give me 10 minutes I will print it now for you. I was shocked definitely was not expecting it that fast. Emma was extremely nice, fast and knew what she was doing. And I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me today so that I had it for the event that it is needed for. Will recommend Emma 1000% and the store to all that need shirts made.

    The whole process at Big Frog is easy and efficient.The products are of very high quality. The people are knowledgeable and creative and they listen to the crazy bits of ideas that I come up with and they make it happen. I have friends that have collections of the coozies that Big Frog makes (and they have been doing them for me for the better part of a decade) which is really a testament to the longevity of their products as well as the brilliance of their production team.
