    What Our Customers Say

Excellent service and communication! Fast turnaround and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

We had a death in the family and everyone in the shop went completely out of their way to give us a less than 24 hour turn around. The hoodies were perfect and we can’t recommend this business enough. Thank you again for everything.

Worked with Alice. She was professional, patient and worked very hard to make exactly what we had envisioned. I think the place should be on everyone's list for costume shirts and more!

As a soccer coach, I have needed several different coaching polos designed over the years. This last time, I didn’t realize that I needed to get a new polo due to changing teams and my role went from Head Coach to Assistant Coach which also requires redesigning the logo that was embroidered on my polo until the last minute. Emma with Big Frog did an excellent job coming up with a new design for the logo. The adidas polo and embroidery typically takes 2 weeks. However, Emma made a special effort and had it done in less than a week so it was ready in time for the Plum Tournament. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Each time I’ve used Big Frog, Emma has been receptive to my vision and then provided great guidance on how to translate that into a physical shirt. The quality, customer service and timeliness of Big Frog has been impeccable!

The service was great and fast. Emma was so polite and kind. I stopped in here for the first time to have a shirt made for my boyfriend. The shirt had a lot of meaning behind it and it was important to me that it was made just the way I pictured it. Emma asked questions and listened to me to make sure the shirt turned out great (and it did). I needed something changed before she finalized it and she seemed happy to change it for me with no issues. She made the experience so smooth. Thank you Emma and Big Frog!

Big Frog absolutely killed it with our barbershop shirts. The print quality is top-tier, colors came out exactly how we wanted, and the shirts feel premium, not cheap at all. Turnaround time was fast and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re a business looking for clean, professional custom apparel, Big Frog is the move. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Big Frog is the absolute best for producing customized articles. I've worked with Debbie, Jason, Alice, and Emma. They are the experts in their craft. They take their time in the design process and the end result is a first class product.

Big frog does great work and the customer service is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. I had a sweat shirt with a face of my dog on for my dad. He’s 90 and loves it and I also had the back of a robe embroidered for my boyfriend and he loved that too.

Absolutely five stars with no hesitation. I’ve worked with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More in the past. One of my earlier orders had a hiccup, but they fixed it without any problem, and that really showed their integrity. This most recent order? Flawless. I was called promptly when it was ready, and everything turned out just the way I hoped: clean, professional, and high-quality. They offer much more than just t-shirts including sweatshirts, hats, mouse pads, mugs, tumblers, and other custom items. Definitely not a one-trick shop. Jason was the designer who helped me this time, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was right. I’m very pleased with the work and have no complaints at all. I’ll absolutely be back for future orders. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly! We did all our communication back and forth via email until I had to choose sizes. I went to the store to try them on to get a better feel for the sizing. I sized up in the women's cut cotton.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff were wonderful! Emma helped me design my shirt, and it was ready within 24 hours! The result was exactly what I was looking for with very nice quality! If you're looking for a custom item, they offer several, please give Big Frog your business :)

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough! Beyond her incredible design skills what sets her apart is her compassionate heart. She took the time to listen and truly understand the story behind the work. This is my second time working with her — I’m a fan of Emma and Big Frog!

I went to Big Frog for the first time because I needed a custom shirt in 24 hours. I was delighted by the quick turnaround time, but also by the extremely high quality of service. I went in with a bit of a difficult request and Emma, miracle worker she is, truly amazed me with her design. She was so kind and thorough and went above and beyond creating the perfect shirt for me. I don't know why I would ever go anywhere else for a custom print now. I can't praise the service enough! :)

They never fail to deliver a quality product on a quick turn around when I have a ridiculous idea I need to put on a shirt. Love them!

My family has used Big Frog for small business branded apparel for years. They are always amazing to work with. I recently started my own small business and needed T-shirts for a work trip I had coming up. The owner worked with me to get the shirts on time and made the ordering process a breeze. Best place around.

Very personable, worked well with me designing my creation. The recipients loved them! Would definitely use again.
