I had a very nice experience with Big Frog. The associate who helped me took his time with showing me what the design would look like on different pieces. He took time to find the right colors and textures for t-shirts and sweatshirts. I really appreciate that. We will definitely be ordering again!
Service gets an A+ from me. Very professional, proficient, accommodating, expert. Products are good. Best if customer knows what material is compatible with which printing process. Otherwise, great selection.
The service was great and super fast. Emma was so polite and kind. I stopped in here for the first time to have a shirt made for my boyfriend. The shirt had a lot of meaning behind it and it was important to me that it was made just the way I pictured it. Emma asked questions and listened to me to make sure the shirt turned out great (and it did). The staff is very courtesy and willing to look for a solution or listen to what you’re looking for. The store has a large variety of products in order is very easy and it came in quickly purchased items multiple times from the store very satisfied.

Always happy with shirt quality and design with previous orders. This time and error was made with lettering . Corrections made and new shirt available next day though I had advised I was not in a rush. Definitely impressed with the customer service.
