I had a dash mat for my late husbands jeep I wanted embroidered with a special message. It was just before Christmas so I was told it would be the first order after the first of the year since big frog was going to be closed until then. I called three 3 days after the first and was told it wouldn't be done until the following week. I was disappointed but what was I to do? When it was finally done, it was perfect.
