I had such a great experience working with Dave & Keli at Big Frog on rather confusing custom order for my business. I could not be happier with my overall experience. Dave was the gentleman who handled my order & did a great job helping me through the process. Great communication, exceptionally high quality (especially the embroidery) & overall awesome customer service. Also the prices were far more reasonable than I expected! Called with a last minute, silly Christmas gift T-shirt request and the team made it happen, with a custom silhouette graphic design to boot. It was so funny that they tentatively said, "it depends on if we have that color/material in stock," because the shop had several colors at the ready and their standard material is SO soft and comfy.

I had a great experience at Big Frog. I came in with a design for a shirt to print as a gift for someone. The employee met me with a cheerful attitude and willingness to work with me to create a shirt design that would work with their equipment and still look the way I wanted it to. I could tell they were quite busy before the holidays, but the employee took the time to redesign my shirt with me to get the same effect I was going for. The shirt was ready when they said it would be and it looks fabulous! I had a great experience here and would for sure come back for future shirt printing needs.
