  • Professional and creative team member with strong design skillsets
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw
  • Exceptional customer service skillsets, ideally with 1 year of retail experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Eager to learn and able to effectively manage projects and inventory
  • Manage retail operations, including customer transactions, quotations, invoices, printing orders, etc.
  • Good copy editing/proofreading skillsets
  • Friendly, team-player and displays a positive attitude
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays and some holidays
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds

    Called with a last minute, silly Christmas gift T-shirt request and the team made it happen, with a custom silhouette graphic design to boot. It was so funny that they tentatively said, "it depends on if we have that color/material in stock," because the shop had several colors at the ready and their standard material is SO soft and comfy.

The employee met me with a cheerful attitude and willingness to work with me to create a shirt design that would work with their equipment and still look the way I wanted it to. I could tell they were quite busy before the holidays, but the employee took the time to redesign my shirt with me to get the same effect I was going for.
