I bought a hoodie from you quite a few years ago, and I loved it ❤️ but I lost it 😢 I stopped by your store and asked if they would be able to replace it... I was so excited that they were able to do that for me. It's a Duluth design that had Kraken in our Canal, with the Aerial Lift Bridge.

I really appreciate that each product is made to order instead of maintaining stock. It may take a bit longer, but it's worth the wait to know the process is environmentally friendly and ethical.

We were part of a big order for our hockey tournament and one of our shirts came the wrong size, and not only did I get a fast email response on the issue, they also made us another shirt in a very timely fashion. I have used this establishment before for a couple of my own personal shirts and always had great service.
