I happened upon this place when leaving Spectrum one day. I was in a rather unhappy mood and just really needed SOMETHING to reset my whole mindset. So, I walked into this BIG FROG CUSTOM T-SHIRTS store. Right off the bat, I felt a huge smile grow on my face simply from the tone of their 'door chime'! It's unique, you'll have to come in to understand. Next, I wandered around the store to see all what they could do and decided to order myself a custom made Apron for in the kitchen. It took only 15 minutes to get all the details locked down and I was on my way. This time upon leaving these premises, I can sure say, I was in a lot happier of a mood than I had before!! Needed a single custom Tee shirt as a present. The logo was designed as we watched and we were to pick up the Tee in a couple days. Darn, we thought, as the event was the next day. But as we were leaving our parking spot, our designer ran out and said that the printer said he could do it as we waited! Excellent unexpected customer service!! Recommend this business

Called with a last minute, silly Christmas gift T-shirt request and the team made it happen, with a custom silhouette graphic design to boot. It was so funny that they tentatively said, "it depends on if we have that color/material in stock," because the shop had several colors at the ready and their standard material is SO soft and comfy.

I had a great experience at Big Frog. I came in with a design for a shirt to print as a gift for someone. The employee met me with a cheerful attitude and willingness to work with me to create a shirt design that would work with their equipment and still look the way I wanted it to. I could tell they were quite busy before the holidays, but the employee took the time to redesign my shirt with me to get the same effect I was going for. Liam deserves a national award! He was so helpful and helped me understand through the whole process of how they would add photo images to fabric that I provided.
