Wonderful experience with Big Frog Cumming! Our FIRST LEGO League robotics team, Team Turtlebots, ordered our team shirts here, and they turned out great. The shirts are great quality, and their team even reviewed our graphic design and helped make sure everything would look good when printed. We also really appreciate their generous discount in support of our nonprofit robotics team. It’s wonderful to see a local business not only provide great products and service, but also give back to the community and support kids and STEM education. Thank you, Big Frog Cumming, for supporting our young innovators and helping us share the joy of STEM in our community. We truly appreciate you!

Would definitely recommend. From the design process to the printed shirts everything was great. Ben is amazing and so helpful in figuring out fonts and placement. Love the t shirt and sweatshirt

(Second review - first one was from my personal account because it affected me personally - this one because it affected our Rescue) Ben at Big Frog went above and beyond for us. We didn’t make things easy, but he gave us the time, patience, and effort to get everything right. He cared about making sure we were happy, and it showed in how he handled every challenge we threw his way. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much heart into customer service. Thank you, Ben, for coming through for us and giving us every reason to come back. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ben at Big Frog wasn’t the hero we were expecting, but he was absolutely the hero who showed up. We gave this man damn near every opportunity to fail—and somehow, he came through like nobody else could. We did not make his job easy, and he still found a way to make it happen. That kind of patience, effort, and commitment deserves recognition. Ben, thank you for sticking with us and turning what could have been a disaster into an experience we’re genuinely grateful for. Some heroes wear capes. Ours apparently works at Big Frog. Five stars, without hesitation!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They're that good!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Big Frog! We had custom logo cups made for an event, and unfortunately their shipment didn’t arrive in time for us to pick them up before our open house. Instead of simply telling us they wouldn’t be ready, the owner personally drove all the way to Dallas, GA to pick up our order and then personally delivered the products to our event so we would have them. THAT is customer service! It is so rare to find a company that genuinely cares this much about its customers and is willing to go that far to make things right especially when the shipping delay wasn’t even something they could control. The cups turned out AMAZING, but what impressed me most was the level of care, communication, and commitment behind the service. As a business owner, I know what it takes to go above and beyond for a customer, and this absolutely was above and beyond. Big Frog has earned our business, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you so much for making sure we had everything we needed for our event! ❤️

Everyone that works in the Cumming Georgia store are world class professionals and unbelievably talented. Their creative abilities combined with white glove service is why they are the only call when I need items created. Huge shoutout to Ben Ransom who is the lucky soul that has to deal with my quirky ideas but he always pulls off a flawless execution.

Best in the biz! The team at the Cumming office are unbelievably talented, professional, and timely.

This is the most efficient and professional organization I have worked with in years. Ben Ransom deserves a raise. My now husband and I designed matching sweatshirts to wear on our New Zealand honeymoon and Ben worked with us throughout the process. He helped refine the design and adjust the font colors to make sure it stood out and looked the best it could on the respective sweatshirt colors we chose. He also worked very hard to help me find a very specific light purple color of sweatshirt (not an easy task). All throughout the process, he was very patient and kind. When we picked up our finished products, he showed them to us for inspection and he was very friendly in person as well. These sweatshirts have traveled across the world and been through several washes and are still maintaining their quality. We have been very impressed with every interaction and could not recommend Big Frog more!
