    I ordered a sweatshirt from Amazon for my Godson. It was for his future baby brother's baby shower, and I wanted to present him a "Big brother" gift. The sweatshirt arrived from Amazon with only part of my design but not my Godson's name nor the Big Brother status noted. I was in a panic because the shower was the very next day. I found Big Frog on the internet, called them and they came to my rescue. OMG! They we so polite, understanding, and professional.     I wanted to give my son and daughter-in-law something special for their anniversary. I stopped in Big Frog and I was pleasantly surprised. When I expressed what I wanted the young lady was very helpful. She walked me through having a picture of the couple on a hoodie for both of them. She explained everything to me which color hoodie I should select so that the picture would stand out. She suggested white because another color wouldn't stand out as well.     I ordered through a third party, they didn't put in my full order so it was only 1/2 done when I came to pick it up. However Big Frog fixed it for me within 30 minutes and made it right!
