I needed last minute shirts for my breast cancer outing at pink out the park at comerica for the tigers game and the owner, staff was very professional and so helpful and saved the day and the shirts came out perfect and even personalized my own Breast cancer hat with my name and breast cancer symbol. They went above and beyond and im am so grateful for them 10 out 10 and great prices! I will definitely will be back for next year and any upcoming things my family and i Need!! I ordered a sweatshirt from Amazon for my Godson. It was for his future baby brother's baby shower, and I wanted to present him a "Big brother" gift. The sweatshirt arrived from Amazon with only part of my design but not my Godson's name nor the Big Brother status noted. I was in a panic because the shower was the very next day. I found Big Frog on the internet, called them and they came to my rescue. OMG! They we so polite, understanding, and professional. I wanted to give my son and daughter-in-law something special for their anniversary. I stopped in Big Frog and I was pleasantly surprised. When I expressed what I wanted the young lady was very helpful. She walked me through having a picture of the couple on a hoodie for both of them. She explained everything to me which color hoodie I should select so that the picture would stand out. She suggested white because another color wouldn't stand out as well. 10/10, they saved my wedding!!! I ordered a banner online for my mom’s memorial chair to have at the ceremony. 6 days before the wedding, it gets delivered and it’s in Spanish! I called Big Frog and they let me come in 10 minutes before close and work with them one on one to replicate the banner exactly as I wanted it. They said they would get it ready in time and they finished it two days before I told them I needed it! Their customer service was unmatched; I will absolutely go back for any of my printing needs in the future. I am so so grateful!
