OUR STORY

Big Frog is a high-tech, light manufacturing retail garment decorating boutique. As a brand, we are fully immersed within our community by supporting other local businesses and through our many giving-back initiatives.

Established in 2008 by co-founders Leeward Bean, Tina Bacon-DeFrece and Ron DeFrece, Big Frog opened its first t-shirt printing shop in sunny Clearwater, Florida. Today, there are nearly 100 Big Frog locations all over the U.S. — and the pond is growing!

    I ordered a sweatshirt from Amazon for my Godson. It was for his future baby brother's baby shower, and I wanted to present him a "Big brother" gift. The sweatshirt arrived from Amazon with only part of my design but not my Godson's name nor the Big Brother status noted. I was in a panic because the shower was the very next day. I found Big Frog on the internet, called them and they came to my rescue. OMG! They we so polite, understanding, and professional. They took care of me and I was able to give my Godson his gift which he absolutely adored. Mind you, this happened in November 2025 and their services is still on my mind. Thanks

    I wanted to give my son and daughter-in-law something special for their anniversary. I stopped in Big Frog and I was pleasantly surprised. When I expressed what I wanted the young lady was very helpful. She walked me through having a picture of the couple on a hoodie for both of them. She explained everything to me which color hoodie I should select so that the picture would stand out. She suggested white because another color wouldn't stand out as well.     I ordered through a third party, they didn't put in my full order so it was only 1/2 done when I came to pick it up. However Big Frog fixed it for me within 30 minutes and made it right!     10/10, they saved my wedding!!! I ordered a banner online for my mom’s memorial chair to have at the ceremony. 6 days before the wedding, it gets delivered and it’s in Spanish! I called Big Frog and they let me come in 10 minutes before close and work with them one on one to replicate the banner exactly as I wanted it. They said they would get it ready in time and they finished it two days before I told them I needed it! Their customer service was unmatched; I will absolutely go back for any of my printing needs in the future. I am so so grateful!
