Highly recommend Big Frog to everyone! I had the pleasure of working with Maggie to design a custom hoodie for my wife for Christmas. She was very friendly and attentive to my needs, and she created something I am certain my wife will adore. There was some initial concern about getting it done before Christmas - my fault for not finding them sooner - but it ended up being a week early! So next time you are looking for just the right design for someone, or yourself, skip the hours of searching and let these folks create it for you. The prices are extremely reasonable, my design ended up spot on, and the hoodie quality is great. Couldn't ask for more, and I'm honestly really excited to have them create some other items in the future. Thank you so much Maggie, and everyone at Big Frog Asheville!

It was a very simple process to order and pick up the products. Printing quality is excellent. Sizing of the garments was slightly misrepresented, and they trend smaller than advertised size. Will probably use your business for a future orders, but will select garments more carefully next time.

Due to an operator error, my fleece-lined sweatshirt was ruined during a custom printing job. At first, they were not willing to replace the shirt, only to make a second attempt if I supplied another shirt ($40). After talking with the manager, she not only ordered a new shirt and reprinted it, but got it done by the deadline promised. I do disagree with the policy of me having to sign a waiver stating that Big Frog is not responsible for damages done to to my property while in your possession. In this case, the manager stated that since it was a human error, she would bypass the agreement. That overall policy is not acceptable however, in my opinion. Had I not complained, I would have been out the cost of another shirt.

They went above and beyond for my team at The Home Depot after The storm to ensure we could drive some excitement around all the great things that they accomplished. The free Hurricane Helene brought me in and made me a return paying customer. I have received numerous compliments on my Helene hoodies and have directed people to Big Frog so they can also buy themselves Hurricane Helene tees and hoodies. If I owned a business or was in charge of any sort of group which needed matching clothing items I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Big Frog on a larger scale.
