Came in to get something personalized and I didn't have a lot of time. The employee at the front desk was super nice and explained the process before showing me some different options (colors, sizes, pricing, turn around time etc.) I was able to place my order right there in less than 10 minutes. They emailed me and called when it was ready (which was faster than what they quoted). All around great experience for sure

T-shirts are perfect!! Big Frog totally took care of me throughout the entire process. Got my pricing, submitted my artwork and was able to proof no problem. They were ready a day early. It was my 1st order from Big Frog. I wanted (2) Direct To Garment custom logo t-shirt printed for the baseball team. All through email, I sent the design, approved the work after seeing a sample, and paid. I do wish zi had seen the shirts in person prior to ordering but the product still turned out great! Great service from start to finish. As expected, it was more expensive than local prints shops that only offered a transfer option but it will last much longer. Worth every penny.
