Came here to print out custom shirts for my wedding. We wanted to do a fun alternative to a bouquet toss and ended up deciding to do a shirt toss! We let the staff know that we were operating on a pretty tight timeline, and they were super helpful letting us know what our options were to receive the custom shirts in time. Came in to get something personalized and I didn't have a lot of time. The employee at the front desk was super nice and explained the process before showing me some different options (colors, sizes, pricing, turn around time etc.) I was able to place my order right there in less than 10 minutes. They emailed me and called when it was ready (which was faster than what they quoted). All around great experience for sure

It was my 1st order from Big Frog. I wanted (2) Direct To Garment custom logo t-shirt printed for the baseball team. All through email, I sent the design, approved the work after seeing a sample, and paid. I do wish zi had seen the shirts in person prior to ordering but the product still turned out great! Great service from start to finish. As expected, it was more expensive than local prints shops that only offered a transfer option but it will last much longer. Worth every penny.

I found Big Frog online as I need to make a few shirts for Xmas. I liked being able to go into the shop and see the variety of shirts available for use. The process was easy, I emailed my design and they put it on the shirt for me to give me a preview. Any questions I had, they answered and at the end of the day the shirts came out great! Price was about what I expected. The shop is only open M-F so finding a good time to go in around my work schedule was challenging but doable. Will be back.
