I don't know about anyone else experience but customer service was understanding of my situation.
I'm on vacation from CT visiting my God father nd I ordered a custom shirt, unfortunately time was a factor. They didn't give me a hard time and were very considerate of my situation. Wasn't going to be in Charlotte long enough to receive my shirt so they issued me a refund.
Easy to talk to didn't make me feel like I was walking on eggshells. Very professional

The shirts are perfect and the process was super easy. They responded so fast to my initial quote request, we're very reasonably priced. Especially for a smaller order of only 15 shirts. I had originally looked at a big online printing site and it was almost DOUBLE for the same exact design on the same shirts. From initial quote to having my shirts in hand was less than two weeks and they were so helpful at the shop letting me know the care instructions to make sure our awesome shirts last as long as possible!

Mason helped me today and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He is a courteous and helpful young gentleman. He made sure I was satisfied and even cut out my graphic to portray the design on an actual t-shirt so I could visualize the dimensions and appearance. He is concise and clear about the guidelines and instructions to make my item look the best it could be.
