Big frog is my first choice when getting shirts done. All of the staff are great and take time to sit with you to make your vision come to life which I love!!! Other shops I’ve visited were kind of a waste, because all they do is get your picture, print it and slap a big price on it. Big Frog staff actually help you create and bring your dream to lifer. I am a repeat customer several times over. I really like the quick turnaround time that is provided. On my last visit to pick up my tee shirt order there was a young man, whose name I did not get but during our conversation he told me that his mum has a dog. I was picking up dog related tee shirts. He was very friendly and I wish I had him as my initial order person. Hopefully I provided you with enough detail that you can identify who it is I am describing. Joseph was very helpful in designing the perfect tee for my daughter’s birthday. He made good suggestions and enhanced the design I had provided. All this was done promptly and my daughter loved it! The only problem was shipping/delivery delay and that was due to bad weather. I would definitely use Big Frog again.
