It was my first trip to a custom apparel shop. I had no clue what I wanted, but I thought I did. I was greeted by multiple employees and was attended to by not less 2 of the most delightful people I’ve encountered in years. It was a nice place. Clean, tidy, inviting and quiet. The ladies were quiet (great background music playlist) helpful and informative. When my bulletproof, well-researched, totally awesome plan fell apart after the first question, the response came with several options. They examined the shirts I brought, and gave me the pros and cons along with a price. It was a beautiful exercise in Sales Professionalism! I was given an approximate completion time and I was advised that an email would arrive with a proof. Shockingly, everything went exactly as described. The finished product was exactly what I envisioned. I’ll be back. Excellent, good people at Big Frog! I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone that will listen! Thank you so much!
