Direct-to-Garment-T-Shirt-Printing

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING

Uses an all-digital process to inkjet print onto a garment or merchandise.

Benefits:

  • Printing can be done fast—usually in 24 hours
  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Water-based ink is eco-friendly
  • Printing feels soft to the touch

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING WITH WHITE

Prints a white layer as a “primer” on darker garments, then adds colored inks on top of the primer.

Benefits:

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
  • Works best with 100% cotton products
  • Provides excellent color saturation

Embroidery

EMBROIDERY

Uses decorative stitching to create a raised design with threads of different types and colors.

SCREEN PRINTING

Ultra-Print

ULTRA PRINTS

Almost identical to screen printing with inks applied onto specialty paper. The inks are transferred from the paper to the garment using pressurized heat.

  • Specialty paper can be used for another printing order of the same design at a later time

VINYL APPLICATION

Uses vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat.

    It was my first trip to a custom apparel shop. I had no clue what I wanted, but I thought I did. I was greeted by multiple employees and was attended to by not less 2 of the most delightful people I’ve encountered in years. It was a nice place. Clean, tidy, inviting and quiet. The ladies were quiet (great background music playlist) helpful and informative. When my bulletproof, well-researched, totally awesome plan fell apart after the first question, the response came with several options. They examined the shirts I brought, and gave me the pros and cons along with a price. It was a beautiful exercise in Sales Professionalism! I was given an approximate completion time and I was advised that an email would arrive with a proof. Shockingly, everything went exactly as described.     They do a superior job. I love the quality of the print. I had previously went to 3tees Custom Shirts one time and was given a print that immediately cracked and fell apart. Big Frog takes a little more time and is a little higher in pricing but is definitely well worth it! You will get what you pay for. You want quality? This is a no brainer, go to them.
