I was greeted very warmly by Alia when I stopped by Big Frog of Reno to ask if they could help with my very last minute request. Alia was eager to help and gave me some great options that they could pull off within my tight deadline. She took the extra time to help me find some apparel options and go over layout ideas with me. An hour into our drive up to Reno from the Bay Area for a friend's 50th birthday celebration, my girlfriend lamented out loud "We should have made t-shirts!!" Since she was driving, I took the opportunity to find out if maybe it wasn't too late... After a quick web search, I called Big Frog, and got the friendliest, warmest, most positive response! We described what we wanted on the t-shirts, they emailed us proofs (nailing it on the first try!), and started making the t-shirts. By the time we arrived in Reno 2 hours later, our t-shirts were ready for pickup!! They were perfect, and made for a great addition to our friend's birthday celebration!! The staff was the best combination of helpful, amicable, accommodating, and talented.

Such an awesome place to get custom shirts made. I had a very specific idea in my head and the people at big frog made it happen. I got to be a part of every little detail and was so happy with the end design. Made for a great custom one of a kind present, The quality is just great. Will for sure be coming back again. These guys are amazing! The customer service was amazing, and so was the product. To be able to get such good quality in a day is so much better than anywhere else. And, especially better than doing it online where you can’t see the product before hand and you can’t work with somebody personally on the design. If you need T-shirts made up, I strongly urge you to use big frog, they’re really great people!

Reasonable price with a quick turnaround, great quality work and you are right here locally. Sydney was super helpful and friendly. I was able to order just a few t-shirts whereas other companies were insisting the smallest run would 48 shirts.

I had a wonderful experience at Big Frog Reno!! I worked with Lisa and Rinnie, who were both super friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable! I placed my custom order and they had it ready for me within a week. It’s so nice that they don’t have a minimum order too, so for smaller orders you can truly customize for what you need rather than potentially having a bunch of extra items you may not need or want. Fast, friendly, flexible, and fantastic! They put our logo on four polo shirts we bought from them AND on two nylon jackets we purchased elsewhere. When my wife washed my nylon jacket and then dried it in the drier, the logos came off. No problem, they are replacing those heat-ruined logos on it as we speak. I'm Rob Mc Artor of Mc Artor Photo Imagery and I highly recommend Big Frog for company branding and logo impressions on apparel!
