Staff is very committed to giving the client what they want. Options are very clearly spelled out. And of course, the products delivered are of excellent quality.
We have designed shirts for out annual fishing contest with Big Frog for several years. The have always turned out awesome. This year, we picked a design that was outlined in only in black and white. Keiley

I visited the store at the last minute, and Alia truly stepped up to help. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, confidently answering all of my questions. Alia worked closely with me on the design and placement of my logos, guiding me through the various options and products available.
She remained friendly and accommodating, even staying well past closing time to ensure everything was completed. Despite my rambunctious child, she was incredibly caring and patient throughout the entire experience.
I left the store with everything I needed, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Big Frog to anyone looking for excellent service and quality products.
Great customer service and the shirts look awesome. I asked for a minor change and they made it quickly. When I came to pick up my shirts, they were excited about the way they turned out. I agree, they are phenomenally. I have worked with other printers but haven’t received the personal attention or service like I have at Big Frog of Reno. I had a quick turnaround and they delivered ahead of schedule and then some. I will definitely use their services again.
I would like to thank Alia , graphic designer of the Reno store. I had a great experience with her. She was thoughtful and took the time to make sure our design was done correctly and beautifully. I live out of town and did everything by email and on the phone. I was having this design done for a small local business and we are very happy with the end product. The staff that took my phone calls were helpful and patient. I appreciate the staff at Big Frog Reno!! I highly recommend Alia and your staff to other people.
I absolutely love the custom t-shirts I had made at Big Frog in Reno! They created shirts for Test Those Breasts, Inc., our nonprofit supporting breast cancer awareness, and they turned out amazing.

I am so happy with my choice to have my t-shirts made from Big Frog of Reno. I was in a time sensitive situation, there was a storm in Reno, I live in Owyhee. I needed the t-shirts asap how ever with the storm they were going to be closed the day i was to arrive. However they had someone meet us to pick up our order. The fee for rush delivery was very affordable. And the quality of the t-shirts were not expected. I am beyond pleased and happy with my experience with this business. I would recommend this place over n over again. This is my now go to t-shirt spot even if they are about 600 miles away. They are dependable, fast, and the help i received from Kelyee (Sorry I think i spelled her name wrong) was amazing. I am just in ahhhhh of this store.
Their customer service. I can go in to Big Frog with an idea. They listen to me and design exactly what I want. I have always been more than satisfied with the results. They are always very polite. I have had a few things done by them. I have never been dissatisfied.
I loved everything about this store. I was in search for shirts for my Grammies celebration of life and it was all last min. I googled where I can have shirts printed and even tho I lived all on the other side I drove into town. The experience was amazing from the customer service to the delivery to the custom shirts. I would recommend 100%. I will be back soon to get more custom things done. Very thankful I came across this store. Thank you! Especially during a difficult time. We were on a short time frame to purchase a custom hoodie for our grandson's birthday. Alia worked on a design and promised it would be ready for pick up in time. It actually was ready earlier than expected and they called to let us know we could pick it up. When we got there, we realized the hoodie was probably going to be too small. Also, the color of the graphics did not contrast with the color of the hoodie we selected, so it was difficult to see. Alia not only offered to re-do it, she assured us it would still be ready in time for the birthday party. I offered to pay for the second hoodie, but she insisted there would be no charge. She called us back a day before the party to let us know it was ready. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received, especially since the mistakes with the first hoodie were ours and not hers. I would 100% recommend Big Frog and I will continue to use them for any future needs.
Aliya and Jeff were great assistance when our original vendor has been ill. They helped us ensure we had our shirts for our event and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Big Frog.
I made a commitment to shop locally this year and chose Big Frog to create a custom T-shirt for my new business, High Frequency Coaching. I wanted to incorporate a scannable QR code on the back so I could promote my business around town, and the entire process was seamless.
Keiley was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure the placement, sizing, and overall look were exactly right before finalizing the design. I really appreciated how thorough and patient she was throughout the process.
The final product turned out even better than I envisioned. The print quality is excellent and the QR code scans perfectly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt well taken care of.
