I had a wonderful experience! Very helpful employees from start to finish, quick turnaround, and great product. Soft shirts and perfect design. Amazing!
I really enjoyed my buying experience with Big Frog. They were collaborative with me in ensuring that the design and word on my shirts matched what I wanted, were able to reprint my design and logo on a women's styled shirt when we discovered the initial shirts were too big, and did the reprinting free of charge. Since they were testing out a new printing method, they were also receptive to my feedback. I got the new shirts with a day turnaround; they turned out great and I was able to wear it to my conference. Would highly recommend.
The staff at the Lilly pad were great ,helpful, and fast….
Second time using them could not be happier and always looking forward to heading there when some silly random idea pops in my head to put on a shirt or any of their multiple items they have in stock….thanks again staff…….

The care and effort that was taken to ensure my image was perfect was incredible. Even though my order was for a single T-shirt, it was handled very quickly and with great customer service.
Needed a single T shirt. Turnaround from initial contact, through artwork and final product was less than 48 hours. Product turned out great. I was also offered various price points on T shirt and type of printing, which I appreciated.
I like that when I request shirts or products for my businesses you all are quick to assist and get me what we need. That means so much to us. And when we get them back the quality is amazing and it doesn't break the bank to get quality work.
And you are so polite and professional every time.
