    My experience with Big Frog T-Shirt Company was honestly a 0/10. I would never recommend anyone to use this company for custom apparel. I paid for three company shirts, and when I received the first order, the quality was horrible. The vinyl was already peeling, letters were missing, and the shirts were done incorrectly overall. After bringing the issues to their attention, they offered to redo the order, which sounded fine at first — but it then took an entire week just to get the replacement shirts back. What made the experience even worse was the customer service throughout the whole ordeal. There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience, wasted time, or poor quality, and everyone I dealt with came across as rude and unpleasant. For a business that’s supposed to provide professional custom branding, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Update: Big Frog did in fact reach out and issue me a refund regarding my order. I appreciate them taking the time to correct the situation and make things right after the issues I experienced with the original shirts. Thank you to the team for resolving the matter professionally.

    In 1999 we had our first family girl trip to Florida. We took our mom back to the place she and my dad married, Pensacola FLA. sadly our mother has since passed away. We each had a shirt made, airbrushed with our names and year of our family girl trip. We planned our first girl trip back to Florida and in remembrance of our mother planned to have shirts made again. We began working the phones on where we could go to get our shirts made on Saturday for 13 girls. We ran into a big problem. You can no longer just walk in shirt shops and request personalized shirts. I was referred to call the owner Bobby at Big Frogs as he could possibly help.It was almost 4pm when we spoke and I explained why we wanted Shirts made and they had to be done by Saturday as we were leaving for back home. He said get me shirts, sizes and what you want on shirts ASAP as we close at 6pm today and we can get your shirts made. Big Frogs are closed on Saturdays and he even said he would come to work on Saturday to meet us to pick up shirts. Not only did his staff rush to get our shirts made but he did indeed meet us on Saturday so we could pick up our shirts. I can’t even describe how much this meant to all to us girls from 12 yrs old to 78 yrs old having a shirt to commemorate our girl trip. The customer service is by far superior of any other store and the dedication to assure they meet the needs of their customers is top notch. I can’t say enough how much we respect Bobby, his staff, his store, and their service. The best part our shirts were made exactly how we ask, reasonably priced and good quality. We are far beyond satisfied with the service and the shirts. Thank you, thank you!!

    Wow! I can’t say enough about Big Frog Custom T-shirts. I hate to admit that I’m a constant procrastinator and this is the second time Big Frog has saved me. This last time i sent a request on a Sunday and they contacted me immediately and they were able to design the sweatshirt exactly as pictured and I was able to pick it up the next day just in time to wear to my Christmas Party. And let me say the quality of these shirts are nothing like the cheap shirts you get from Etsy and other on line sites. The shirts are thick, roomy and true to size. The staff is amazingly courteous which you rarely find these days. Please try Big Frog, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

    I had an old flyer that I wanted printed on a dozen tshirts. The copy that I had was very old and not very clear. They cleaned it up and it looks great!
