We ordered printed t-shirts from Etsy for a bachlorette weekend party and was told at the last minute we would not be receiving them in time. I contacted BigFrog last minute and they were able to design and print our t-shirts in time for our trip. The t-shirts were good quality and we

Our logo looks great on our dry fit t shirts. The embroidery on our shop work shirts came out very nice and they worked with us to ensure out logo colors matched the thread color. the turn around time was quick and price was fair.
The tee shirt you printed for me was to give to the wife of a deceased friend. She loves it! I just have to reorder because I had the incorrect date of death in my design.

From the design process to printing to customer service, everything was great. We had an order for 21 team shirts and didn’t have a design when we started the order. Uyen worked with us to mock up the design and made all of the adjustments we requested. After we got all the details tired out, we were able to pick up our shirts in just a couple days. At pickup, Uyen pointed out a mistake on one of the shirts and said that it would be replaced but gave us the shirt so the boy who needed the shirt wouldn’t be without one while the others received theirs. It was replaced right away and was available for pickup the next business day. The printing colors and quality of the shirts are really great. I would definitely use and recommend Big Frog Mandarin again!
My product came out perfect and service was very fast. Everyone I talked to was very nice and pleasant to deal with which is rare these days. I am very pleased with the sweatshirt Big Frog made for me and I can’t wait to get more custom designs in the future.
