Direct-to-Garment-T-Shirt-Printing

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING

Uses an all-digital process to inkjet print onto a garment or merchandise.

Benefits:

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Water-based ink is eco-friendly
  • Printing feels soft to the touch

DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING WITH WHITE

Prints a white layer as a “primer” on darker garments, then adds colored inks on top of the primer.

Benefits:

  • Images can be high resolution and full color
  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue
  • Works best with 100% cotton products
  • Provides excellent color saturation

Embroidery

EMBROIDERY

Uses decorative stitching to create a raised design with threads of different types and colors.

SCREEN PRINTING

Uses a series of screens to force ink through fibers in order to create a design. Multiple layers of screen printing are used to achieve designs with numerous colors.

Ultra-Print

ULTRA PRINTS

Almost identical to screen printing with inks applied onto specialty paper. The inks are transferred from the paper to the garment using pressurized heat.

  • Specialty paper can be used for another printing order of the same design at a later time

VINYL APPLICATION

Uses vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat.

    I frequently purchase custom designed items from your business, atleast twice a year. I love the environment when I walk in. Everyone is so helpful. Emma Meyer recently helped me with my husband's flexfit hat for father's day and it turned out amazing.     I walked in to the Greensburg store at 9:05am in hopes I can have a shirt done made by Saturday. So I asked if it's possible to have it done by then she said absolutely. Introduced herself as emma. So we jumped into it. Got everything ready to go to be printed. She looked around Noone was in the store but 2 other workers so she said if you give me 10 minutes I will print it now for you. I was shocked definitely was not expecting it that fast. Emma was extremely nice, fast and knew what she was doing. And I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me today so that I had it for the event that it is needed for. Will recommend Emma 1000% and the store to all that need shirts made.

The people are knowledgeable and creative and they listen to the crazy bits of ideas that I come up with and they make it happen.     I cannot say enough about this business. The salesperson Alice was so kind and patient. I needed a logo put on one yard of fabric for my soap business, to use as a table runner. The logo I provided was to pixelated, so Alice helped me find a new one that would work with my business. I ended up with a nicer logo than what I had. Not only did I get my table runner printed on but I also purchased the T-shirt the next day. Thank you so much to the staff at Big Frog. Even though I had a very small order they still took time with me!
