    I placed an order online for merchandise through a third-party site that Big Frog manages or fulfills. There was a slight setback, so I called Big Frog to follow up. The young woman who answered the phone was very attentive and directed me to the right person after I explained the situation. The person who saved the day was Xavier. This young man exemplified decency, professionalism, and true customer service. It wasn't just because it was his job; it was organic and in his nature.
