What Our Customers Say

We ordered 350 tote bags from Big Frog and I have nothing but positive feedback for the process as well as the end result. Product came out great, communication was prompt and easy, and the folks there were flexible and helpful. Definitely recommend for your merch needs!

Wow, what a place! We had an idea for a gift, very last minute, and wanted a local shop so we wouldn't get lost in the emails back and forth. Then we found Big Frog. They were so easy to work with, interested in our project, had great recommendations and the price was very reasonable. Unbelievably fast turnaround time and everything turned out exactly as we had hoped. And what a great team! Everyone made the experience easy and fun. Thank you, we'll be back!

Amazed by the quality! The best custom T-shirt store is in town! The team is very professional and kind, and the quality of work is unmatched. Highly recommended

They did a great job printing t-shirts for my movie. The artwork I had provided them was in the wrong color for the shirts I selected (too dark to show up) and they spotted the problem and fixed the artwork for me. The shirts came out looking perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We hosted our fourth annual SheroCon comics & gaming convention a few weeks ago at the Valley Relics Museum and the owner offered to provide tees for our volunteers. The tees turned out super cute and you can feel the quality. I’ve been printing and selling screen printed t-shirts since I launched my former company “Off My Chest Tees” in 2010, so I have a LOT of experience in dealing with screen printers and with finding quality tees for my line of t-shirts. Big Frog West LA really came through for us with some amazing tees that I think are going to hold up for a while. I highly recommend.

I needed a shirt for a quick turnaround on a Friday and for an event Monday. That’s when I stumbled upon Big Frog on a quick google search. Aaron and Lizzy are so accommodating and lovely in getting my quick turnaround order in getting all the details right - even during their busy opening week! Glad to find a local vendor in the Santa Monica area. Highly recommend if you need a print job done! We’ll be back !!

I visited the booth of Big Frog Apparel working hard at the Santa Monica Fair. The team was highly professional, helpful, and explained their services perfectly. A 24-hour turnaround for great quality shirts is amazing. Great new business!"

This place is incredible! They were able to accommodate a large last minute order. They helped me select a design and were very responsive in communicating. Aaron delivered the shirts himself, and they are very high quality. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Shirts received were high quality, thick cotton. Prints are durable and come out well in the wash. Prices competitive with online, particularly when factoring in the free design services.
