The customer service and quality of printing at Big Frog in Sugarland are excellent. I recommend them to family and friends. They’re also really kind and patient when you’re not quite sure what you want. They help you make a decision and answer all your questions patiently. Great experience!
Customer service & shirt quality was top notch! Sharry was knowedgable, patient, friendly, highly responsive, and had great attention to detail. She had great suggestions, and took time to understand what we needed, and help us find it - even for a really small order. The quality of the shirts and embroider was excellent, and price point was very competitive to the other 7 places we compared before deciding to work with BigFrog. From someone who has worked with uniform companies for over a decade for various businesses, the level of professionalism and quality we found at BigFrog is the best! Highly reccommend.
The service at Big Frog of Sugar Land is what makes them stand out. Their sales team is very responsive. The graphic designers are excellent and very easy to work with. They have always been very accommodating of our timelines even when they can be a bit tight.

Excellent customer service! I needed a last minute order and I was able to get it in less than 24 hours. Other places in Houston told me it would at least be 7 days. I was very pleased with my order! Thank you to all of the staff members that were soooo wonderful and kind! I will be back for sure for other future purchases!
I came into the store in panic. I had a party that I needed a custom shirt for. I got to the Sugarland location not knowing what to expect. The 2 ladies there were so professional and kind. They made me at ease, and I got the shirt in less time than I anticipated. They simply went above and beyond. I would truly recommend this store and these 2 ladies a million times. I will be back!

This is the first time I used Big Frog and I am completely satisfied with the company. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. King took time over the phone to find just what I was looking for to have printed. He gave me all the information including the price and when the final product would be finished. I was amazed that they had it completed before Christmas when I had only given them a few days. I would highly recommend Big Frog if you need anything printed. My son, with Down's Syndrome, was thrilled to get the towel (which other companies don't do) with his dog's picture on it. He wanted that more for Christmas than anything else.
