In a crunch with just 3 hours to prepare 6 custom shirts Big Frog was the only custom shirt store in the Houston area that even considered agreeing to solve my issue. We had such a great experience with Big Frog. My daughter was her school’s Homecoming Queen, and I completely forgot to have her HOCO patch embroidered when I originally ordered it. I was so relieved and grateful that Big Frog was able to take care of it for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and sweet to my daughter and me from the moment we called and I walked in. Communication was excellent, and they worked closely with us to bring the exact vision we had in mind for the patch to life. It turned out beautiful, and we were so happy with the final result. I will share photos soon :) While of course faster turnaround is always nice, I truly appreciated that they were able to accommodate us at all, especially on such a special and time-sensitive item. It took two weeks but nothing crazy like the 8 weeks it took to even get the patch when we ordered it from Dilly Letter Jackets- which I do not recommend if you need a patch sooner than later. Pricing was fair at Big Frog for a custom embroidery piece, and overall the service made it well worth it! WE love her patch!! Thank you to the graphic designer Sharry for working close with us on this. Layla is so happy with it. We were very happy with our experience and would absolutely use them again. Thank you, Big Frog, for helping make such a special moment even more memorable!

I've ordered from Big Frog Sugar Land twice now for my school groups, and they were a joy to work with regardless of whether my order was small (30 shirts) or large (250 shirts). Their pricing is very competitive, products are good quality, and staff is helpful, friendly, and responsive. This is a print store across from the First Colony Mall in Sugar Land, TX. I’d say the staff here are super- great teamwork and customer service. I was offered water and a seat numerous times and we all spoke like we had known one another before. Got disappointed by a big brand on some print job less than 24-hrs to International shipment. Then I remembered I had ordered from this store on a smaller scale in the past. Drove down to this location and with priority in mind- I was in/out in less than 2-hrs- my products were made and they look beautiful and were nearly neat. Yes- they stayed over their closing time of 6pm and they never complained- clearly shows they love their work and working together… This is what a business should be like…so proud of the owner and his staff👍🏽 *sorry for the blurry pics. Tried multiple times, but pics came out same
