I was impressed by how quickly my order was ready and delivered. On a Monday, I was promised a Friday delivery, but I got a call on Wednesday that it was ready. I was delighted. I felt really rushed to provide my input on the design and I didn't feel like there was much effort to offer any design ideas. I could have been more prepared with design ideas, but I like to let artistic people provide input.
