OUR STORY

Big Frog is a high-tech, light manufacturing retail garment decorating boutique. As a brand, we are fully immersed within our community by supporting other local businesses and through our many giving-back initiatives.

Established in 2008 by co-founders Leeward Bean, Tina Bacon-DeFrece and Ron DeFrece, Big Frog opened its first t-shirt printing shop in sunny Clearwater, Florida. Today, there are nearly 100 Big Frog locations all over the U.S. — and the pond is growing!

    The staff is willing to stop and help get your file ready to print. After asking for help at 3-4 other printshops, I walked into Big Frog expecting the same response. My files weren't in a format they could work with; my files were one thing or another. One lady even told me I should change it all together and as AI for help. The guys took my stupid word file created it in another program, fit it to a shirt and printed it. Done. And I was very happy not to be criticized about what other companies were doing and how I should do it. This last order was my 4th time around with them and the service still stays the same.     I created a graphic I wanted to put on a shirt for my best friend's birthday. My office uses Big Frog for corporate shorts, so I emailed to see if I could print a personal one and to get shirt size accuracy. I heard back within the same fay from Graham, and he worked with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I had envisioned. The shirt came out perfectly! Not a cheap iron-on patch, but the way it's printed, the graphic actually feels like it's been woven into the fabric! I have no doubt this shirt will be around and looking great for a long time!
