The quality and eventual layout was acceptable, however the current order has much more detail so perhaps we do this survey after I receive that order.
I think you have one of the nicest interiors of any small business in Stockton. Everyone is knowledgeable & helpful, you accept small orders at a reasonable price w/out sacrificing quality, & you even have a dog on staff!

I ordered a sweatshirt that ended up faded from an anomaly in the pretreatment of the DTG printing process. They immediately corrected the problem and reprinted the sweatshirt. The new sweatshirt was vibrant and exactly what I was expecting. Great customer service. I would highly recommend!!
The customer services is great! JoLin and Asia are very responsive and work hard to get your order done in a timely manner. Everyone is always so friendly! I enjoy walking into the store and hearing the little froggy noise when you enter. Great service, great environment. I would recommend.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Asia and another store associate. They were both professional, helpful, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. The turnaround time was fast, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back!
Very friendly, and amazing work! I accidentally ordered 1 less, and they printed me a new shirt in less than 24hrs. I appreciated that they do a lot with the graphics. I send a screenshot and they generate the graphics I need.

They were completed on very short notice . And were beautifully designed and produced. As the DTG is a multi level production and time consuming to manufacture and not just a printed decal ironed on .The quality was exceptional and produced with such quality in garment as well as production quality these shirts will be long lasting and comfortable to wear for many years to come , which cant ba said about alot of things much less garments nor tshirts that stand the test of time for the user .
Great looking shirt and very fast turn around. Had a situation come up and needed it fast and Big Frog delivered. Will definitely use them again in the future.
