I have purchased many products from big frog and each time I have been very impressed with the quality of the product and the precision of the images being applied. I have dealt with multiple staff members and they have all been exceptional. They have answered any of my questions or concerns and have given me exactly what I was looking for. Every time, it has exceeded my expectations.
The staff will work with you to get your job just right. The service is very quick and the quality is excellent. I have used this company for 3 years and am always pleased with the end results.
I brought my own shirt, you put the picture on perfectly, the quality of the image was fantastic. Ive washed the shirt and the image is still perfect. Great price too 10/10 would recommend.
We have had several custom items from your Windemere location. Every time it is spot on. The team is fantastic, friendly and very well well-versed in what they do.
We would definitely recommend this company. We ordered a large quantity of company apparel and the quality was great. They were easy to work with, provided garment samples and digital mockups, and when an issue came up it was resolved quickly. Customer service was excellent and they truly wanted to make it right. We would recommend having a sample garment printed before moving forward with a large order to avoid any surprises.
We are wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and we will be using them for all our apparel needs.
Quick and easy in setting up our order. Communication in the final stages were the only issue where replies to emails were sometimes 4 hours apart. Only an issue due to our want to have the completed product by the weekend. In the end it was completed by end of business Friday and able to collect on Saturday.
Impressive quick turnaround with quality custom print sweaters within 48 hours as promised. Overnight on custom design and overnight production, great work!
The hoodies are of very good material. They look great and were done very fast. We will pass the name for the great service and the nice look of the hoodies.
The quality of the shirt and the design they came up with from my description are top-tier. Also the price was less than I expected per shirt. Only reason why I didn't give it a ten was because I needed the shirts for the following weekend but somehow my original email got sent to their junk mail. By the time I followed up to see when they would be ready it was too late. I still wanted the shirts but we didn't have them for the event. Not something I think everyone will experience but was a bit of a downer. Does not reflect on the quality of the product though.
You were able to print my paint and provide feedback print results based on the garment colour. It took a bit of back and forth, but eventually I was happy with my products. The ability to be able to order single custom items instead of bulk is awesome.
I was very happy with the service, my poor planning resulted in a rush for Big Frog and your ability to accommodate my request was outstanding. The graphics met expections and my friend really enjoyed the shirt. Thanks and I would recommend Big Frog and will use them again.
