DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING WITH WHITE

Ultra-Print

    My school has this project where we have to make a small booth as a business. We had reached out to Big Frog to make our uniforms for us. Of course with a limited budget, we had asked for a small discount to stay within budget. Not only did they offer to DONATE all 10 T-Shirts, but it was amazing quality, prints were professionally done, AND they shipped it to us FREE OF CHARGE. While also leaving a small treat in the package! They had kept everything professional and communicated throughout the whole process. We had gotten the package within about a week of contact.     Happy with their product, but terrible communication. To date, I've sent several emails and still haven't heard back. I had a simple question about colors and had to go to their store to ask them to reply to my email and when they finally did, I asked for a quote and have yet to hear anything. It's been 3 weeks. UPDATE: While there was some initial difficulties communicating via email, one of the owners stepped in and got everything figured out. He was swift, apologetic and promises that their team will do better in the future, so I revised my rating to reflect his efforts. Thanks Zac!

    We would definitely recommend this company. We ordered a large quantity of company apparel and the quality was great. They were easy to work with, provided garment samples and digital mockups, and when an issue came up it was resolved quickly. Customer service was excellent and they truly wanted to make it right.     i just experienced genuinely exceptional customer service and had to say something. from the first phone call to the follow-up texts, real-time updates, and sheer care taken to make a gorgeous custom t-shirt on short notice for my son’s birthday today - every step was thoughtful and professional. aiden went above and beyond. he even made a quick video showing where he safely placed the shirt out back since they’d be closed when i arrived. that kind of care is rare. the quality is beautiful, the turnaround was incredible, and the price was more than fair. after a rough couple of weeks, this kindness genuinely restored a bit of faith in humanity. deeply grateful. thank you, aiden (clearly the mock-up. i won’t have time to write a review after pick up but, duh, i know it’ll be immaculate🤩)

    I went to the store to check out sizes and fabrics. Ayden was so helpful!!! He was so kind, showed me the shirts he thought would be best for our family trip. We had a design in mind and he helped us pick colours and had a template ready in a couple of days. The shirts were done within the week and they look so good!     ***EDIT*** I feel I need to amend my review. Zac reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. Personally took over my order and absolutely under promised and over delivered, gave me a great deal on my order as well. I changed my review to 4 stars. I appreciate what he did for me and will likely do business with him directly again. I wish there was less than one star. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Stopped by on a Saturday, I was told I would receive a rendering Monday and product delivery end of the week. Nothing on Monday, Tuesday was a Holiday, patiently waited til end if day Wednesday to call them assumed they were busy. I was told they couldn’t find my order and someone will call me back the next day. I waited till noon and called them back, lady in the phone said” I will send it to you in 5 minutes” I asked if product by the end of the week was still possible. They said I will have it done today(Thursday). End of day nothing no calls no emails. Friday I call back after lunch. They said they have the wrong email and told me to confirm email( which they didn’t or I would have). Guy on phone tells me I overheard her telling me to confirm my email. Which is a lie, why would I call for 3 days straight to find out what was happening with my order if I knew they had the wrong email? He calls me a liar. I told him to keep the order in not so many nice words. I waited all week to figure out what was happening and they decide to make it my fault instead of try to communicate properly. Not a place I want to do business with in the future even though I have had work done by them before and wanted them to do some more. Sorry your brutal lack of communication is not my fault and will not do business with companies that can’t own up to their mistakes.
