    What Our Customers Say

I called this printer on Wednesday. I needed a quick turnaround, very quick turnaround so that I could pick up the shirts. I needed on Friday. I only had five ordered. They are gifts for someone. We are meeting this weekend. They got approved to me within an hour and a half of me calling them and they said the shirts should be done by close of business Friday however, I got an email that they were ready around 1 o’clock. They did a fantastic job and I would totally recommend them for any screen printing that you need to do.

I am so very happy with the custom T-shirts, hats, and button-ups I had screen printed and embroidered. I worked directly with Jeff and Taylor to bring my concepts to reality. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Big Frog of San Marcos from concept to completion. Thanks for everything!!! See you all soon.

I had a custom design that I brought in on a word document. The staff in the store, each and every one of them, were courteous and exceeding helpful. The design was recreated by one of the staff, to provide a sharper image, than the digital one I brought in. When I picked up the finished product, the design was on the shirt perfectly placed, the image was sharp and the colors are bright. These individuals deserve acknowledgement of their outstanding behavior and work, as they all went above and beyond what would be expected. I am exceeding thankful and impressed with the service, work and product provided.

The owner reached out to me to donate 10 shirts for the medical staff taking care of my 2 year old son who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last July. We’ve worn them to every appointment, procedure, appointment, and he is now CANCER FREE! His medical team, daycare friends, my family, friends and my husbands family all had them and love them. Thank you so much. I’ve ordered like 5 different orders from them and they have always been so great!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Big Frog Printing, and I want to specifically highlight the outstanding service I received from Gracie Noble. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process not only easy and seamless, but genuinely educational. In the past, I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with custom shirts and designs, but Gracie completely changed that. She walked me through all the different types of printing methods and shirt options, explained what would work best for my needs, and even let me see and try on a wide range of samples. Thanks to her insights, I ended up finding the perfect shirts, and the final product turned out even better than I expected. What really stood out to me was how much I learned throughout the process. Gracie helped me understand the reasoning behind each recommendation, and I can confidently say that the shirts would not have turned out as well without her guidance. Everything from design to final print was handled smoothly over email, and the turnaround was fast. My order was completed within a week, and I’m incredibly happy with the results. I’ll absolutely be returning to Big Frog for all my future apparel needs, including uniforms for my physical therapy clinic and branded shirts for my team and clients. A huge thank you to Gracie Noble for making this such a positive and productive experience.

I have used Big Frog in San Marcos for customer embroidered trucker hats, shirts and beach towels. Each a separate experience and always great results. They have a design team who listens and allowed me to provide my own products for the embroidery. I highly recommend Big Frog. And their pricing is better than most, I checked!
