I love the customer service! Professional, timely, and honest as well as affordable. They are reliable- I know when I order something that they deliver on their promise that it will get done as promised. Took my design requirements and did Great job on shirt design. Explained about different shirts available....space to try samples on. Took time to go over colors available, then the graphic and font design, and color matches for each shirt.
Appreciated technical skill and patience...Great customer service.

We needed tshirts last minute for the grand opening of our business down the street. They were able to get great quality shirts printed with our logo in a few hours. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Great customer service! I went to another place and they took 5 days to tell me they could not do the job. I brought my project in to the San Marcos store and they make it happen, and quick! Very pleased with the embroidery and customer service!
It was great. Tshirts came out clean as if I just reached and grabbed them from my screen. We hit a small hiccup with shifting of our delivery dates due to event rescheduling and team was more than accommodating to make this happen. Top notch service.

It was a pleasure to work with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts. Ron, the designer, helped me throughout the process of getting my Boston Marathon jacket, embroidered with 24 years off finishes. He made sure that the design came out exactly the way I envisioned it. I also was impressed by the speed. My order was processed. Lastly, I think the design quality and cost matched well. I will definitely use this company again.

This was my first time in the store. The young man that helped me , worked fast and I was out the door. Very happy with my order, will definitely use their services again.
I had a custom design that I brought in on a word document. The staff in the store, each and every one of them, were courteous and exceeding helpful. The design was recreated by one of the staff, to provide a sharper image, than the digital one I brought in. When I picked up the finished product, the design was on the shirt perfectly placed, the image was sharp and the colors are bright.
These individuals deserve acknowledgement of their outstanding behavior and work, as they all went above and beyond what would be expected. I am exceeding thankful and impressed with the service, work and product provided.
