Tim was very helpful and patient with my request for Mother's Day. My wife loved it! Everyone else was also helpful when I walked in and when I called to follow up.
Big Frog made it super easy to work together on designing my t-shirts. They provided multiple mock-ups so I could weigh all the options for design and cost comparisons. Once the designs were set, the t-shirts were quickly prepared and ready for pickup. Would definitely shop here again :)
I have had the sincere pleasure working with Big Frogs San Diego North for 5 years and have had 4-500 shirts made for Craftsman Electric. Tim the owner was the design that has inspired and brought recognition of our logo all around Poway. Friends annd family love our shirts as I’ve noticed they’re part of their weekly shirt rotation. I had a vision and Tim helped me see it through. Great team and supper hospital. Love these guys!

He is very creative, skillful, and truly went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you, Vincent—without you, we would not have this perfect family photo with matching t-shirts! They listen to details continually through out the process. They offer options along the way; like how long in width do I want the txt line to be...options that will make a difference. And if you have time constrainst they work hard to make it all happen. I will continually go back to them for all my creative t-shirt needs. Would love to give Christmas presents to friends/ family with their favorite quotes or sayings on them.

Big Frog was great to work with! They were able to work with us on getting exactly what we needed! They have also been flexible on multiple jobs for us. They have supported our school in various fundraising efforts. I'm always happy to support them and we'll be back in the future!
Vincent at Carmel Mt Big Frog was a HUGE help! He made our baseball banners look amazing and made last minute changes when another kid was added! I couldn’t be more grateful to him. If he is the person assigned to your project, just know you’re in great hands!
Excellent customer service and quick turn-around on orders. I like that I can order just one item or a large quantity if desired. Victor was super helpful - I recommend Big Frog!
I like that there are creative staff who can quickly come up with a design for your project. Also, there is a large variety of tshirt types, designs, colors. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and patient. The turnaround has been very fast.

What a fun process watching my idea become a shirt! Staff are patient and thoughtful with guidance. I was especially happy to have my design cleaned up for very crisp edges in the final product. Location close to home, website was easy to use and informative. I went in "last minute" for an X-mas gift for my wife. Vincent helped me design the shirt finding colors and sizes that were in stock. He also checked with the owner/manager that it would be available before Xmas. Transaction was quick and the shirt was done on the day it was promised. I will definitely go back for more custom items as the mood strikes.
