She was so kind and went above and beyond to help with 1st: my daughters 1 year memorial shirts. Then I came back for help for a custom order for my daughters memorial flag and she personally showed me how to transfer the design onto my daughters memorial flag for her grave. I am new to all this crafty/design stuff but every time I come here she is so helpful and take the stress out of it for me. I am always running last minute trying to make things perfect and she always has always been able to take care of me or give me suggestions. I am so appreciative for her help and love their prices compared to other places I have gone. Absolutely recommend there is so much they can do and help you with.

Excellent knowledge, communication, and hands-on skills of the young man who helped us in the store. We were at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, UT. I believe that the young man's name was Mason, but not certain. We were at the store around 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2. He was friendly, helpful, polite, and had great suggestions for how to make what we were looking for in our purchased hoodie. The final product was perfect for us. He was an excellent and helpful listener! We will refer others to BIG FROG, most definitely!

I visited the store the day before Christmas to customize three shirts as gifts, and the experience was wonderful. The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful, guided me through the designs, and made sure everything was completed on time despite the holiday rush. I was trying to find a store that would print a custom t-shirt the same day. I called multiple stores and no one could do that until I called Big Frog Custom T-shirts. Nancy was amazing. She helped me decide what kind-of t-shirt to use over the phone and suggested what size based on the cut. She then sent me a proof within 30 minutes. I loved the fonts she picked on the proof. She created exactly what I was looking for and the product was done earlier than expected--about three hours later. It looked great and the pricing was really good too. I would highly recommend them.
