Excellent knowledge, communication, and hands-on skills of the young man who helped us in the store. We were at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, UT.
I believe that the young man's name was Mason, but not certain. We were at the store around 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2.
He was friendly, helpful, polite, and had great suggestions for how to make what we were looking for in our purchased hoodie. The final product was perfect for us. He was an excellent and helpful listener!

I visited the store the day before Christmas to customize three shirts as gifts, and the experience was wonderful. The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful, guided me through the designs, and made sure everything was completed on time despite the holiday rush. I was so happy with the result and truly appreciate the great service!
Great service! I was impressed by how quickly they were able to mock up a design and customize it to my liking. Also, the turn around time to get it printed on my item was super fast.
I was trying to find a store that would print a custom t-shirt the same day. I called multiple stores and no one could do that until I called Big Frog Custom T-shirts. Nancy was amazing. She helped me decide what kind-of t-shirt to use over the phone and suggested what size based on the cut. She then sent me a proof within 30 minutes. I loved the fonts she picked on the proof. She created exactly what I was looking for and the product was done earlier than expected--about three hours later. It looked great and the pricing was really good too. I would highly recommend them.

Mason did a fantastic job getting our order done in time. We needed two polos for a golf tournament, and they took care of it in two business days. I will refer everyone to this location in Lehi. Simply because Mason was so efficient.
I was able to use a picture from a website to create a custom T shirt and the Lehi store staff was able to help an old troglodyte like me get it e-mailed over to them for production. I love my t shirt.
The quality of the shirts and prints are really fantastic! I do wish they could print an image to be larger than 16", but that's the only note I have. I wear the shirt I got all the time. :)
From start to finish, Big Frog was great! I needed some custom polos in 24 hours for the Albertsons Boise Open and they answered my email quickly, provided fast proofs for approval, and had the shirts ready the next morning. I would recommend you give them a try.
We love that the staff is very helpful and responsive. Our school used to use a big name textile company for our orders, and we got very tired of the sales game. It's not fun to hear from salesman only until the order is placed, and then to feel ignored. Big Frog has been exactly what we wanted and need.
