I emailed them, and after a brief back and forth and confirmation of my needs they were off. They were pretty much done within the hour.     We’ve had shirts done over several years for our annual bike trips and have always been satisfied. This year, the image we chose turned out too dark and unclear. While it was our choice of art, we did ask if it would work, and it seemed ok on the mock up. Expecting to have to re-print the shirts at our own expense, we checked with the store manager (Carson). We were so pleased that he offered to reprint the same design on a lighter colored shirt for no charge, or replace the front design at a good discount. (We provided the shirts) Great customer service, terrific product, and local company. Highly recommend for quality.
