OUR STORY

Big Frog is a high-tech, light manufacturing retail garment decorating boutique. As a brand, we are fully immersed within our community by supporting other local businesses and through our many giving-back initiatives.

Established in 2008 by co-founders Leeward Bean, Tina Bacon-DeFrece and Ron DeFrece, Big Frog opened its first t-shirt printing shop in sunny Clearwater, Florida. Today, there are nearly 100 Big Frog locations all over the U.S. — and the pond is growing!

I emailed them, and after a brief back and forth and confirmation of my needs they were off. They were pretty much done within the hour. They help you through the ordering process, prep for printing, and delivery. In one case, a shirt ordered had some issues, so they not only gave us an extra shirt but also let me keep the damaged one.

    We’ve had shirts done over several years for our annual bike trips and have always been satisfied. This year, the image we chose turned out too dark and unclear. While it was our choice of art, we did ask if it would work, and it seemed ok on the mock up. Expecting to have to re-print the shirts at our own expense, we checked with the store manager (Carson). We were so pleased that he offered to reprint the same design on a lighter colored shirt for no charge, or replace the front design at a good discount. (We provided the shirts) Great customer service, terrific product, and local company. Highly recommend for quality.
