Next contact was in person and again employee was friendly and professional which made me feel confident about the project. She was very helpful with selection of image and placement as well as checking to see if this could be done same day as I had driven in from WI to Golden Valley for the day. Most importantly, Cody at the Plymouth location was outstanding—he was so helpful on the phone when I first called, then he took the time to get some information ready for me in advance of my coming in, and he displayed the ultimate in patience and helpfulness throughout the entire process. I submitted a quote request a half hour before close and the following day I was able to pick up my t-shirt. I called to ask a few questions and the guy helping answered everything in detail. I gave creative control and she exceeded my expectations. I gifted the t-shirt to my boss and he laughed so hard and really enjoyed it. I appreciate the fast and efficient turn around.
