Cody did an amazing job start to finish. He was able to hear my needs and come up with a perfect solution in less than 24 with my custom shirts out the door. The last minute surprise gift for a 70th birthday was a huge hit and all thanks to Cody. I called around other shops and no one was able to offer such a quick turn around time I had given up. I decided one more quick google search and found Big frog. Cody explained the options and even delivered it in a custom printed bag which was an extra nice touch. Ordered a printed t shirt on Thursday one week and picked it up 4 days later. I have washed and worn this all cotton shirt at least 30 times and it doesn't pill and the print is still bold. And the price is right.

I had about 2 weeks to get some custom shirts done. I already had a design so they were able to create 12 tshirts on the clothing I picked. It was done so quickly, the quality was great & the tees were a hit! The whole process was very easy!

I had an amazing experience working with the Plymouth, MN Store Manager, Renee- I had a last minute "rush order" - I put a quote request in online and followed up a couple hours later to see if there was progress. Renee answered the phone- I told her I needed this done in basically 48 hours. She told me that all her designers were backed up, but she would handle this request. She fast tracked my design, I reviewed for approval a few times (I made an error- Renee fixed it in the blink of an eye) and I had the product in my hands 36 hours later. Also, I forgot to mention- she had a sample product on hand that she was able to use... I would have been screwed if she didn't have the random black XL q-zip on hand. Renee is the absolute best. I highly recommend using Big Frog for any and all orders . (not having an MOQ is the best!! )
