Big Frog was great to work with. They were very helpful in talking me through their product line, suggesting which would be best for the items I chose. They had a fantastic turn around time and they were easy to work with. I would definitely work with them again!
The whole experience was awesome. The shirt I ordered was great! Just what I wanted. When I left after placing my order, I was already thinking about what my next T-shirt order would be! Everyone there was great and friendly .
From the Manager Renee to her entire Team, everyone makes you feel like your order is the most important. I needed a small project to get completed and they made every effort possible to get it done ahead of time and it was perfect.
My order was pretty simple. I had something my grand daughter says printed on a t shirt. The man who helped me was great! If I need printing done on shirts again, I will definitely be back. Thank you

I started a business recently and wasn’t sure where to start to get a couple custom items. I looked online and wasn’t confident in how they would turn out. I looked locally in the metro and found this store. I stopped in and Renee was incredibly informative and wonderful to work with. I took a day or two decide and went back. I worked with Casey the designer. She helped get my logo into a format that would work and got my order in for me. Quick, easy, no pressure, couldn’t have been better or easier. Great communication throughout the process. Quick turn around for custom items. Picked them up yesterday and I absolutely love them. Turned out perfect. I will be back to get more, the hardest part is deciding what else to get!
Casey was wonderful in helping me bring my idea to reality. Her speed and efficiency with the computer to create my design was amazing! Prices were fair. Turnaround was speedy. Impressive!

I had an amazing experience working with Cody B at Big Frog Plymouth to design embroidered custom lab coats ! From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Cody went above and beyond by printing a replica of the design in the actual size so I could visually see how it would look. This allowed me to make slight changes to fonts and styles with confidence.
The attention to detail, patience, and clear communication made everything stress-free. The final product turned out 10/10—the quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be returning for more projects. They have graphic designers on site which was great. We came in with ideas and the graphic designer (Cody) worked on our ideas while we were there. To be able to collaborate in real time is a big win. They also have a great selection of products to pick from.
We did have an issue with one of our t-shirts, it had a very worn look after one washing. This did not involve the graphic/printing, it was the fabric of the shirt. They replaced the shirt for us including the printing, which was very much appreciated.
Casey was a pleasure to work with, super nice, very knowledgeable, friendly, talented, trustworthy. You have a gem in Casey. I can't say enough nice things about her.
The staff is amazing making the process very easy and straightforward.
The quality of the direct to garment printing and the shirts they stock are fantastic. The shirts that are a year old still look as sharp as they did when first purchased, and they are worn very often.

I loved what your designer did with my mundane "design" for my brother-in-law's t-shirt. I sent you "Pickleball Paul" (he turned 80 but is still vicious on the court) and you turned it into something much more fun and inventive. The interesting part of this story is that it was not at all clear to me that your designer was going to be involved. I was quite happy with "Pickleball Paul" and was fairly mystified when my phone contact informed me that "the designer is still working on it." In fact, I think I even said, "Well, it's only two words, so how hard can that be?" For some reason I didn't really understand from your website that you were going to have a lot more fun with Paul's t-shirt than I had envisioned. When I picked it up I was alternately astounded, surprised, and totally delighted! What the designer created was MUCH more fun than what I had proposed. So my only advice to you is to make sure your website makes clear that a designer is going to take someone's mundane proposal and do a lot of creative things with it!

We received great assistance in designing the two different shirts we needed. It only took a couple days to get the shirts.
