This time I only ordered 2 shirts to be printed (not exactly the biggest deal they ever had) but they treated me the same as the last time when I ordered shirts for the whole neighborhood!
First , they are a local company. I experienced a friendly sales person, Joyce who was very helpful in helping me on what my choices were.
They provided me via email rough drafts of the items to choose from. After I decided, they were prompt in doing the work and letting me know when the items were ready for pick up.
I am very happy with the end products and hope my friend likes them too.
Big Frog always gets your order done quick and it's easy to communicate with them. I needed a sweatshirt done in a day and they were able to do it. They sent me pictures of it, I approved it and it was ready quickly. Thank you.

It is a wonderful experience working with a local business to obtain the quality and quantity we needed for our Girl Scout troop. The employees/owner/manager were awesome, knowledgeable, and provided great tips to complete a great, original product for our girls and volunteers.

I must say that at 1st I almost didn't order my T-Shirts because I was feeling some type of way for having me come back twice because there was no design team available both time.
I decided to call before I went in and get disappointed again. I spoke to Joyce who understood my concern. She made an appointment with me for the following day.
I must say she was AMAZING! Even had a design ready for me to check out which was better than the one I had described. So because of Joyce, I would go back, and recommend her!
She needs to be the EMPLOYEE of the YEAR!

I have had several T-shirts printed with favorite logos over the years, and each and every time the job has been perfect. It is not expensive, the service couldn't be better, and the work is done very quickly. I highly recommend Big Frog for all of your T-shirt printing requirements!!
Big Frog is the absolute best!!! I came in as a walk in with an idea for shirts and a onesie that I really wanted to give my kids for Christmas and was helped by the sweetest employee. She helped make the design and font exactly how I wanted it to look, and to my surprise everything I ordered was created and ready for pickup way earlier than expected! I am already planning on going back to have more shirts made for other family members. I highly recommend this business!!!
The family Christmas tshirts came out amazing. I love that the photo is actually on the shirt and not that thick piece of photo that other places just iron on. Great communication and very fast over turn! This was our second time using this company!
